Q: Where do I send my payment?

A: You should receive a confirmation with this information immediately after submitting your reservation.

Q: How long does it take to get the email with my ticket number?

A: Your ticket number will be emailed as soon as possible. Our small volunteer committee processes as many tickets manually, outside of regular working hours, as our schedules permit. Our goal is a 1-2 week turnaround from when we receive payment to when you receive the email with your ticket number.

Q: Can I buy a ticket online?

A: You can reserve a ticket online. Once payment is received, you will be emailed a ticket number. Unfortunately, games of chance cannot be paid for online. Ticket reservations are first come, first served. If tickets sell out, your payment will be returned.

 

Q: What if I don’t have an email address?

A: An email address is required to reserve a ticket. The confirmation and the ticket number will be emailed to that email address.

 

Q: Why will I NOT get a physical ticket if I reserve a ticket online?

A: Federal law prohibits tickets being sent through US Mail. (U.S. Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 61, Section 1302)

 

Q: What if I want a physical ticket?

A: You must buy a ticket in person at a participating business, JRMC Foundation, Don Wilhelm’s or Knights of Columbus.

 

Q: Will you keep my physical ticket on file?

A: Yes. It will be labeled with the information submitted on the reservation form.

 

Q: Can I reserve a ticket for someone else?

A: Yes, but you must complete an separate entry for that person.

 

Q: How long do I have to claim my prize if I win?

A: You have 30 days from the drawing date to claim your prize. No exceptions. You will be contacted at least one time, but it is the winner’s responsibility to follow up.

 

Q: Do I have to be present to win the Camaro?

A: No; winners will be posted to this page within 1 day of the drawing. Winners not present will be sent a prize claim form, to be mailed within 3 days of the drawing. See official rules for transfer detail.

 

Q: I won the car or cash raffle, can someone else pick it up for me?

A: No. The winner must be able to pick up the prize. No exceptions.

Official Rules Must be present with Raffle Ticket at each scheduled event to win cash prizes.
