The Jamestown Regional Medical Center Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit. Our mission is to secure philanthropic gifts that will enhance and support the work of Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC). Each year we are grateful and humbled by individuals and businesses who respond to our region’s healthcare needs. Thank you.

Cancer has left very few people untouched. In a 60 mile radius, 252 people are diagnosed or pass away from cancer each year. Currently, Sanford Health alone is providing 109 people from the Jamestown region with 828 infusions each year in Bismarck or Fargo. This may be a monthly, weekly or even daily trip. This equates to over 75,000 miles of travel and 1,250 hours on the road.

Funding Phase 1 Service Initiation: get it up and running in existing JRMC Clinic space. The campaign goal is $350,000 and is now complete! As of June 2016 JRMC Foundation has received over $400,000 in support and pledges. This includes a generous lead gift from Farmers Union.

As our partner, your gift will…

  • help launch oncology services, so patients don’t have to drive miles for care
  • provide precious time and reduced stress to those receiving treatments
  • set the ‘standard of giving’ and inspiration for this campaign
  • recruit providers, train staff, purchase equipment and technology

Phase 2 Service Expansion: grow the oncology clinic and infusion service into dedicated Cancer Center space

This phase will begin in August. A selection of community leaders and donors will form a planning committee to help review and communicate the details of this project. If you would like more information about this campaign or this committee, please contact Lisa Jackson, JRMC Foundation Director at (701) 253-4806.
